Well, I feel pretty well back into the swing of things. I started work again last week at Allo! Chocolat, and classes started last Wednesday also. For classes starting out this block I have, Soteriology-the study of Salvation, Romans, and 1st and 2nd Peter. They have all been really awesome so far. A big focus in all of them is God’s grace. So, I’m learning a ton about that!
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say “no” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope- the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own, eager to do what is good. ~Titus 2:11-14
This is going to be a busy semester, but really good also. I love going through individual books in classes, cause I will have such a better understanding of them after doing an entire class on them. Like, I love going back and reading 1 Corinthians now just cause I get the entire book so much better.
Anyways, I’m really excited about what I’m learning. And, that’s about all I have to say for today.
